In the early stages of the 1900s, Formula 1 Motor Racing took place with unsteady racing cars and elder gentleman racing drivers, but the actual F1 contest didn?t initiate until the nineteen fifty’s. The following situation happens quite often to many traders. Look it over and see if it has been happening to you:
You have been faithfully following your trading plan and the rules you’ve set for trading. By following them you are now in a trade that doesn’t look so good. At the same time, by following your trading plan, you see that you’ve missed a beautiful move in a different market, one that could have made you a lot of money.
You are in a bad trade and you’ve missed out on a great trade. You become disgruntled. You think to yourself that your trading plan must not be so great. You think there must be a better methodology that you should use that will prevent this from happening. You think to yourself, “Yes! That’s it, I’ll change the way I do things.” So you create a new rule or modify an old one so that such a rule would have let you capture the trade you missed and avoid the one you took. Have you been making this mistake?
Here’s another way it can happen: You are in a trade, and your rules cause you to be stopped out with little or no profit. Shortly after you exit the trade according to plan, prices take off and move to where, had you stayed in, you would have made substantial profits. The move leaves you sitting there thinking you are stupid. You reason that there must be something wrong with the way you do things.
Your rules, your plan, or both must not be right. So you change what you are doing, or make a new rule so that the next time this happens, you won’t be left behind.
You have just abandoned all of the hard work you’ve previously done that enabled you to successfully trade futures. You’ve abandoned your education and learning. You’ve abandoned the wisdom that will enable you to be consistently successful as a trader. You’ve just started trading history, and you are supposed to be trading on the future movement of prices. You are trading what happened, not what will happen. By not being willing to be left behind, you are setting yourself up for being left out.
If you’ve been having thoughts, or have been acting as we’ve just described, you have a terrible problem with greed. Why? Because greed can never get enough. You can’t satisfy greed. Greed wants more, and yet more.
Not every trade is your trade. Not every trade has to work out for you. You have to be satisfied with getting a reasonable share of trades that fit your description of a good trade. Some of those trades will turn out to be great trades, others are good trades, and a certain percentage of your trades will be bad. There’s no way around it.
Not every good trade will turn into a great trade. When you enter a trade according to your rules and trading plan, you have no idea whether or not it will turn out to be a good trade, much less a great trade. The reality of trading is that, try as you might, you cannot know the future.
Whenever we miss a big move and then try to find some pattern, indicator, rationale, or modification to make to what we are doing so that the next time we will not miss the “big” move, it is a part of the hunt for something magic - a continuation of our quest for the holy grail of trading.
What a terrible mistake to allow yourself to make. Winning as a trader consists of making some small profits and some larger profits on a regular basis. Obviously, there will be some losses. We regularly want to keep losses small, but there are times when a loss will get away from us and turn out to be bigger than desired.
If adversity causes you to become disgruntled, then you really need to examine your thinking and your approach to trading. Your trading plan must allow for disappointment and loss.
You’ve got to believe in what you are doing and be able to trade from the knowledge that when you follow your rules and your plan, you will make money from your trading.
When you become disgruntled and begin to change your plan, your rules, or both, you are setting yourself up for almost certain failure and the worst thing that can happen to a trader - you will lose the courage of your convictions. Without it you cannot trade with any level of confidence.
This is why we encourage you to write out the reasons and rationale for every trade you make, even if you have to do it after you have completed the trade. You must develop a keen recognition of the trades that are your trades. Write out your trading plan every day and for every trade you intend to make. If you did not have time to plan every trade, be sure to review those you did make without pre-planning. Then you can go back over your trading and be able to see why and when you are successful.
Reminder: Here are some steps to take before the market opens.
View major formations on the charts of those futures you intend to trade. View potential congestion areas, get the big picture from the longer term charts.
Write down all potential entries as you see them on the chart.
You need to go through this exercise every day that you trade. This takes discipline. However, doing so will help you develop the kinds of habits that will mold you into a great trader.
If you are too busy to be disciplined, then you are too busy to trade. If you don’t discipline yourself, you will soon disappear from the trading scene.

The importance of storing your essential oils in a proper manner can be estimated from the fact that women in the 19th century would ask their jewelers to design special bottles to hold their perfumes and essential oils. Luxury apart, storing essential oils in specially designed bottles helped keep the therapeutic and aromatic properties of the essential oils intact.
It is common knowledge that most of the essential oils become contaminated or their effect gets weakened with time if they are not stored properly. Citrus oils are the most susceptible to early breakdown. They oxidize and begin to lose the aroma and therapeutic properties. The citrus oil becomes cloudy and a sweet fragrance is emitted. This signals towards the deterioration of the essential oil.
Same does not apply to oils such as frankincense, sandalwood, patchouli, and myrrh. They can be stored for a longer time. In fact, they improve with time. In the older times, Egyptians used to embalm the dead people with the essential oils of cedar wood, cinnamon etc. When one such tomb was opened in the early 20th century, traces of the oil were clearly visible.
Will you not like to keep your treasured essential oils in the same manner? Lifetime of the essential oil ranges from 6 months to several years. Through a proper storage, one can increase the shelf life of an essential oil. The following section provides lessons in storing essentials oils.
Dark amber, cobalt blue, or violet glass bottles are the best when it comes to storing essential oils. Sunlight can be very harmful for the essential oils. Ultraviolet rays, which are a part of the sunlight, weaken the essential oil. This explains the reason why it is not advisable to store essential oils in clear glass bottles. Sunlight easily passes through the clear glass bottle, thus producing reaction in the essential oil, and no longer rendering it effective.
Plastic bottles too must not be used as the plastic dissolves with the essential oil and thus is contaminated. One can use aluminum bottles to store the essential oil, but the inner surface of the container must be lined.
Your essential oils need to be kept away from sunlight as far as possible. High temperature can be harmful to the oil. Therefore, the place where the essential oil is stored must not be near any heater vent or any such heat-emitting gadget. Keeping the oil in a refrigerator can help increase its shelf life. Nevertheless, freezing is not acceptable. When cooled at very low temperatures, some essential oils will cloud. It regains its original state when brought to room temperature. Certain citrus oils continue to be cloudy even when brought to room temperature. However, this does not affect their therapeutic properties.
We tend to contaminate the essential oil in the process of using them. The following checklist will be helpful in preventing contamination:
• Never touch the top of the orifice reducer or the inside of the cap.
• Always use separate pipettes for separate oil.
• The pipettes must not be carriers of oxygen. When one uses the pipette for taking out the oil, a few drops of it remain in the pipette. This becomes contaminated when it comes in contact with oxygen outside. When the same pipette is used again, it contaminates the whole bottle.
The cap of the bottle containing essential oils must not be kept open for long. Since they are volatile, they will evaporate.
The cap of the bottle containing essential oil must be selected carefully. Rubber droppers have a tendency to turn into gum when they come in contact with the concentrated essential oil.
Keeping these points in mind, one can surely increase the shelf life of the essential oils. This might require a few extra efforts and might become expensive in some cases, but your treasured essential oils truly deserve this.

The German shepherd, one of the world’s most famous breeds, was originated by Captain Max won Stephanitz in the late 1800’s. It’s intelligence and ability to train is thanks to Captain Max who wanted an all purpose working dog.
German shepherds are used as working dogs in many areas such as search and rescue, police, the military, assistance dogs to the blind and handicapped and as guard dogs.
A Shepherd’s color is varied, but is primarily cream and brown. There is a white version but most organizations don’t recognize it as a valid color. Longhaired German shepherds are also not recognized, as the long hair gene is recessive. German shepherds can be differentiated by individual behavior and abilities. Working dogs have their emphasis in service, while the show dogs emphasis appearance. There is a misconception that German shepherds are violent in nature; this is only due to poor training. Although a German shepherd has powerful jaws and strong teeth, it develops a strong sense of loyalty and can be trained to attack and release on command. Dogs used to working have high energy, and can seem unhappy if not exercised daily or trained to do a job. The international variety of German Shepherds has less energy and working ability and makes excellent pets.
German Shepherds are naturally prone to health problems like elbow and hip dysphasia, von Willebrand’s disease and skin allergies. The average lifespan of a German shepherd is twelve years, and with the right pet/owner combination, those years will be priceless.
German Shepherds provides detailed information about german shepherds, german shepherd breeders, german shepherd kennels, and more. German Shepherds is affiliated with Dog Tags.

Have you ever had this feeling like you don’t care about
anything, because nobody understands your problems? Like
everybody thinks they know you - but don’t. They just don’t get
what your real problems and feelings are? Well then it was time
to feel depressed and dress gothic!
There is
nothing wrong with feeling depressed. We all do sometimes. Yet,
I’m not a doctor to give you a medical advise - so use it at
your own risk. As far as I know - depression often happens to
those who has nothing to do. People who has no hobby, no regular
work to occupy their mind, no entertainment, no spouse. There is
only one way to get rid of depression I know (without using
high-price pills). It is through the long path of finding
yourself and your hobby.
Searching for yourself
and your hobby - you can try gothic thing. It might be
interesting for you some time, and there are good chances you’ll
find something more interesting. At least you are doing new
things, which can lead you to new ways of looking at world. At
least I always enjoyed new paths in life - it always leads to
new decisions.
Shall we see in deep dark history
of topic. When the dragons were eating beautiful virgin
princesses and knight were drinking beer on ballrooms of
castles, sometimes fighting for a hand of a beautiful ladies and
hanginging witches. Kidding. Anyway, it Dark Ages it was. Dark..
I mean reallly really dark. That is what gothic is about -
black, dark, nothing white and nothing positive in nature.
/>
Gothic jewelry is always mystical and hard to
understand. You can find amulets with dark dragons and pendants
symbolising spider-webs, gettin you in the mood of ages with
rooms of castles, never visited since the beginning of times. If
you heart is something like that (forgotten and lonesome, like
nobody touched it from the begginning of ages, because they just
don’t understand you? All right! Get a pendant with web on your
heart - show everybody to get their attention to you until your
heart is full of webs.
Probably it will not be
good to to buy anything shaped with devils themes, gargoyles and
pentagrams. Better think ahead - who knows what is there on the
other side of life - so you might want to get a little insurance
right now to protect your immortal soul later. But! It’s your
life - want it - get it. It’s everywhere nowadays - you
shouldn’t have problems buying gothic things - all around the
Internet.
Gothic jewellry is sometimes inscribed
with letters in unknown forgotten language, which strengthens
the scare. Gothic is always scary (or at least a bit
frightening), so don’t be surprised to draw a lot of attention
from people who see you dressed gothic and with gothic make up
(which is simply all black or with a little purple). To add to
your image - get some spiky things. Earrings, rings, pendants,
bracelets. Jewellery of Gothic must have spikes and curves -
it’s just a base of it.
I hope when you are fed up
with attention to your gothic nature - you’ll get rid of your
depressive feelings forever and start wearing funny-bunny
pendants, rose glasses and put some bright colors on you, making
world a little happier place.

The California Council for Interior Design Certification (CCIDC) board is working to replace the CCRE and the three national examinations with one certification examination that will be available online at multiple examination sites across the state starting in 2009.
For approximately the past eight years, anyone wishing to become a Certified Interior Designer has been required to take and pass one of the three recognized national examinations, namely the CQRID, the NCIDQ, or both parts of the NKBA, plus a supplemental California Codes and Regulations Examination, the CCRE. Up until eight years ago, there was only one nationally recognized exam. These were in addition to education and experience requirements prescribed in Section 5800 of the Business & Professions Code.
The reason for this transformation of the examinations is make the process coincide with the Section 139 of the California Business and Professions Code as well as be appropriate for the people fitting into one of the three classes of education and experience under within the law, as well as to those with “experience only”.
To be installed the title of a Certified Interior Designer, examination passers still needs to meet all the other requirements. For those who have taken one of the national exams the CCIDC will accept them as long as you provide the CCRE for those wishing to take it for an extended time.

Why Do People lie? Margaret Paul, Ph.D.
Amanda and Ron had been married for six years and had two small
children. I had counseled them during some difficult times in
their marriage, but had not heard from them for a while. Then
Amanda scheduled an emergency phone session with me. She was
very upset.
“I just found out that Ron’s been watching porno on the Internet
and lying to me about it. I had thought this was going on a
couple of weeks ago because of a site I found on the computer,
but when I asked him about it, he denied it and explained it
away. He is not too computer savvy - he doesn’t know how to
delete the sites - and today I found a number of sites he has
visited. I can’t believe this! I’m very upset about the porno,
but I’m devastated that he lied to me! I feel like the trust has
gone out of our marriage, and without trust, what do we have?
Why did he lie to me?”
“Amanda, how would you have responded if he had told you the
truth?”
“I would have been really upset and disappointed in him. I
probably would have gotten angry. We have a good sex life, so
why is he using porno?”
“Well, he lied to you because he knew that this is the way you
would have reacted. His lying is his way of controlling your
reactions, and your anger is your way of controlling his
behavior. As long as you get angry when you hear the truth, the
chances are he will lie to you. As your children get older,
they, too, will lie to you to avoid your anger and judgment. It
takes a very strong person to tell the truth and deal with
another’s anger and judgment, and Ron is not that strong. He is
very afraid of your anger and judgment and will do anything to
avoid it, including lying.”
“Are you saying it’s okay for him to lie to me?”
“No, I’m not saying it’s okay or not okay. I’m not making a
value judgment about it. You asked why he’s lying and I’m
telling you why. Lying is just another form of protection
against pain, just as your anger is a form of protection against
pain.”
“So what do I do? How do I deal with this?”
“Amanda, you need to shift your intention from trying to control
him to being open to learning about what is behind his behavior.
>From his point of view, there are some important reasons why he
is using porno, and why he is lying about it. Trying to control
him will only result in more lying and resistance, but wanting
to learn can result in understanding and resolution. You need to
approach him with caring and a desire to learn rather than with
anger and judgment - about both the porno and the lying. You
would need to say something like, ‘Ron, I know that you have
been going to porno sites on the Internet. Please don’t lie
about it anymore. I know there must be some good reasons you are
doing this and I really want to understand what it’s about for
you.’ However, you have to be aware that the words themselves
are less important than the intent behind them. If you say these
same words with anger and judgment, he will be defensive. Don’t
ask until you feel genuinely open and caring.”
Lying is always a form of control. Some people are pathological
liars, having learned that they get a rush from manipulating
others with lies. But most people lie when they are afraid of
the consequences of telling the truth. Lying may be one end of a
relationship system, with anger and judgment on the other end.
Whether the relationship is a primary one between mates or
between parents and children, or a relationship between friends
or between co-workers, lying may be a part of it when fear of
anger and judgment is an issue. Most people do not know how to
handle another’s anger and judgment and may revert to being the
child they were when they learned to lie to their parents to
avoid punishment.
If you want to trust that people are not going to lie to you,
then you need to shift your intention in your relationships from
controlling to learning.

When you are acclaimed for excellence during times of crisis you may not feel so good in a non-crisis environment. You may not shine so bright, perform so well, be quite so acclaimed. If crisis is how you satisfy your personal need to be needed, to feel accomplished, to be respected, to be heard, to be noticed, blah blah blah, then you will naturally seek out, create, attract, be drawn into situations that will allow you to meet this need. Your environments and relationships will be filled to the brim with one crisis after another.
Perhaps there’s a better way to get your need met. Perhaps there’s a way to feel needed and still exist in peaceful, cooperative, and synergistic environments. It’s amazing to watch the content and features of a person’s life break apart and rebuild with almost the same irreverent qualities. People change mates but the essence of the relationship is the same. People change jobs and the same complaints emerge as before. People get out of debt, lose weight, move to different cities, and nothing really changes. It’s a scary thing. I’ve seen the inside view and it’s very scary. This déj vu type phenomenon has left me baffled and disheartened. Here’s the deal; when we treat the symptoms, the root cause remains unaffected and it emerges again and again. Our outer lives tell the same story over and over like a broken record until we finally get it. The outer reflects the inner. The outer is a symptom; the inner is the root cause. The outer is the image in the mirror; the inner is the real object. You would not stand in the mirror with the intention of washing your face and wash the reflection of your face in the mirror, would you? … I didn’t think so. Well that is exactly what we are doing when we focus on treating our symptoms.
A fundamental place to begin transformation is by being responsible for understanding your personal needs and ensuring that they are met in an appropriate context. Get your needs met appropriately and permanently and your life will be transformed for sure.

In my business I see a lot of snapshots taken by ordinary
people. They aren’t professional photographers. The “Average
Joe” is usually just trying to record a moment or subject, not
win a prize in a photo contest for technical excellence.
However, here is something very important to remember before
taking that spare-of-the-moment picture. You won’t be able to
take that exact image again. That moment in time will be gone.
So, it’s best if you record that image the best you can at the
time you hear the click of the shutter. Call it an insurance
policy. Better to do it correct when taking the photo now than
years later saying …”what if” or “I wish I had…”
These tips are very simple things to do and to make a habit of
when taking pictures. If you are already doing them…great. You
probably will have fewer “second thoughts” years from now.
However, if you think your photos are lacking “something”, these
tips could be the key to saying “wow” today and tomorrow. I
guarantee you will see major improvement in your photography, if
you follow these steps.
—Move in as close to the subject(s) as possible. Unless you’re
taking a scenic shot, a lot of background in the picture is not
important. (more about that later) We want to see the
person/subject, not the trees or grass in the background. When
looking at the printed photo later, we want the eyes to be drawn
to the subject(s). The subject should be the focus of the
picture. Also, unless what the person is wearing is important,
it it not necessary to include the subject from head to toe in
the picture. You’ll be able to get much closer if you take the
picture with the subject(s) shown, at most, from the waist-up.
—How you hold the camera, vertical (up & down) or horizontal
(left to right), will help in framing the subject. This will
also help you to get as close as possible. Can you get the
subjects in the camera’s viewfinder when holding it vertically.
If so, that’s how you should take the photo. If not, switch to
horizontal. Usually, in general, 1 or 2 people should be taken
vertically. Three or more people should probably be taken
horizontally. This is probably the most common, but easily
correctable, problem with snapshots that I see. If there is one
person in the photo, rarely should the picture be taken
horizontally. Yet, I see it a lot. It’s understandable if the
person is standing in the Grand Canyon. That’s a wide scenic
view and one that you want to include in the image. But, that is
rare. Here is another important tip concerning positioning of
the camera. Move the camera before you move yourself. If you are
the photographer, stand 5-10 feet from the subject(s) and
position the camera in the vertical or horizontal position
following the guidelines stated above. If you can’t fit everyone
in the frame, then take a step(s) backward. Remember, we’re
trying to be as close as possible to the subject(s). Experiment
with repositioning the camera before repositioning yourself!
—Too much needless background in a photo is a common problem
with snapshots. Moving in closer and positioning the camera
correctly can eliminate needless background. But, how do you
decide when to curb it and when to expand it? Ask yourself these
questions. Is the background unique or interesting? Does the
background help in telling a story about the subject or what was
happening at the time the picture was taken? If you are taking a
picture of a clown in front of a building or in front of trees
and bushes, the background is not unique, nor is it telling a
story about the clown. So, move in close and take the picture
vertically. However, if the clown is standing in the middle of
the midway of a carnival or circus, that is very appropriate to
show in the background. It helps to tell a story about the clown
and it’s interesting. It also tells a story about the
photographer. It lets us know that the photographer was at a
carnival or circus. This would be an ideal situation to step
back and allow more of the background to be seen in the
viewfinder. Use this tip when considering where to take your
picture and how to position the camera.
—By following the tips above, you will not only see more
appealing photos but it will also be a major benefit if you
should decide you want any of your photos enlarged in the
future. You might even find it more cost effective. Here’s how.
A top reason why a lot of people have a photo enlarged, is
because they want to see the subject(s) bigger and have needless
background eliminated. An issue that wouldn’t be an issue if the
steps outlined above were followed. If when taking your photos
you move in closer and position the camera correctly, vertical
vs horizontal, (A) The image/subjects will be closer and easier
to see, therefore enlarging may not be necessary. (B) If you
want a photo enlarged, you probably will find it will not have
to be enlarged as much to get the size of image/subject you
desire.
—Let’s debunk a myth! The best pictures are those taken in
bright sunlight. Right? That’s WRONG! The best lighting
conditions in which to snap an outdoor photo is…overcast
skies. Bright sunlight, especially from an afternoon summer sun,
washes out color on the subject and causes upheaval with your
camera’s eye or lens. For more appealing skin tone and color
saturation, take your outdoor photos on an overcast day or in
the shade. A trick that professional photographers use when
shooting in these conditions is to use flash on a low setting.
The flash adds a little light to brighten the scene (highlights)
and add “catch lights” (those little white dots) to the eyes. A
yellow filter can be attached to the front of the flash to add a
bit of yellow light, mimicking the sun. The flash will also be
very beneficial if the subject is wearing a hat or cap with a
brim. The hat can overshadow the eyes and top of the face. By
using flash, you’ll reduce the shadow by throwing light under
the brim.
Speaking of the sun…don’t pose your subject(s) facing the sun
(causes eye squinting and wrinkles) or with their back to the
sun (causes lighting issues) . Position the subject with the sun
to their side.
A GOOD sun in which to photograph outdoor pictures, is a late
afternoon autumn sun. The deeper yellow lighting adds warmth to
a photo. Done correctly, the lighting alone can make a photo
extraordinary.
—Want to eliminate “red eye”? The scary, glowing “red eye”
affect is caused when the flash is reflected in the eye and
bounces back to the camera’s lens. I won’t bore you with a
physics lesson, but that reflection bounces back in an almost
straight and level line from the eyes. So, if your flash is
attached to the camera, do not take the picture on the same
level as your subject’s eyes. (A) Have the person look towards
the camera but not directly at it. (B) The photographer should
move the camera slightly above or below the subject’s eye level.
If your camera has a detachable flash, hold the flash above or
to the side of the camera when snapping the shutter.
Photographing animals without “red eye” is more difficult
because you can’t control where they look and usually have to
snap it quick. Suggestions include…photographing them in
action and not in a posed position, therefore their eyes more
than likely won’t be directed towards the camera. Secondly, you
can try quickly moving away from the animal’s eye level a split
second before snapping the shutter. But, that is dangerous
because you may have “camera shake” when clicking the shutter,
which will lead to a fuzzy image.

An increasing number of individuals utilize the internet to make travel reservations. Potential travelers often make their arrangements through the company or website offering the lowest prices. Popular sites such as Hotwire offer highly discounted rates on various types of travel packages. However, these types of sites do not disclose certain information such as name of hotel or airline until after the customer has made the non-refundable purchase. Alternative travel agents generally offer similar rates to one another. However, it is possible to save significantly on your travel, vacation packages and entertainment.
Every day, thousands of tickets and fares become automatically discounted by companies due to unclaimed or unsold status. Tickets are discounted by travel companies and direct providers for a variety of reasons such as unclaimed status, unsold status, discontinued status, midnight fare recalibration status and more. These tickets are then sold to travel customers for up to 90% off the original price.
Previously, these types of direct discount purchases were generally only available to authorized travel agents. However, there are currently internet databases which provide these tickets for purchase to members. Anyone is eligible to join these sites. Members are provided with a searchable database of discounted flight tickets, vacations, cruises and entertainment packages. Flights and cruises are available to hundreds of destinations worldwide on every major airline and cruise line. A variety of travel options are accessible, including trips to exotic destinations, family holidays, romantic getaways, weekend deals and more. Entertainment packages include tickets to sports events, concerts, theater plays and many more. Upon sign up, users are given access to the database which usually contains listings of thousands of available packages. Members book directly with special discounts through wholesalers, travel discounters, last minute specials and air couriers.
Unlike more popular discount sites, users are provided with full details before purchase. Buying through unclaimed ticket databases provides consumers with huge travel savings. Now individuals previously considering a vacation but were unable to afford it may now have the opportunity. Regular travelers can also benefit from the significant cost savings.
