Everytime you make a statement or make a promise, make sure that you can deliver or don’t bother giving your word at all. To be honest, if you can’t be counted upon, your staff won’t be there when they are most needed. Encourage any comments: It’s a two way street. Talent management skills mean being receptive to all feedback. Being approachable and receptive demonstrates that your co-worker’s thoughts are important to you, and they will value your ideas. Bona Fide discussion in addition promotes creative trouble-shooting, ways of fulfilling the mission of the business, and develops the company dynamic. By allowing the team to voice their views, the outcome will become important to every employee.
