What is a stress fracture?

A stress fracture is a common overuse injury often seen in athletes. Usually, a fracture, or broken bone, is caused by an acute event, such as a car crash, a fall or other trauma. concentrate the product on the ends of your hair.

When blow drying keep the blow dryer at least six inches from

dried and split ends. Trimming the hair every 6 to 8 weeks will
